We love coming here to cool off on a toasty day, we bring a watermelon down to the cool springs to float so it becomes 'chill' and enjoy it with lunch!

Retirement Home for Horses Inc @ Mill Creek Farm Alachua Fla
The bride has been coming to this farm since she was a little girl, it holds a very special place in her heart. The farm is home to horses that needed a loving place to retire. Mill Creek Farm is only open on Sunday from 11-3 and admission is 2 carrots! but you are more than welcome to bring as many as you like.
Ichetucknee Springs State Park
Want to enjoy yourself by floating down a river with crystal blue water? this is place for you! It takes about 2 hours to float the main river or 40 mins for the short float! You'll see otters, turtles and a bunch of different fish!
Florida Museum of Natural History-Exhibits
Gainesville isn't too far away for this adventure! It has a butterfly garden and a rounding exhibit that changes during the year.
Kanapaha Botanical Gardens
Another Gainesville gem! I nice place to visit during the day and walk around the beautiful gardens.
