Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire.

Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle for those staying at the Wyndham. Please see the Travel tab for more details.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please plan on arriving by 4:00pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your RSVP.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

For guests staying at the Lodges or the Wyndham, there is an after party bonfire from 10pm-midnight. All guests are invited to the farewell breakfast the following morning from 8:30-10:30am. If you choose to attend these events, please indicate that on your RSVP as we need to provide head counts. See the "Schedule" tab for more information.

I'm staying at the Wyndham but would like to attend the bonfire. Will I be able to change my clothes beforehand?

Answer

Yes. Please bring a change of clothes with you, and you can store them at the front desk until 11:00pm or arrange to place them in a lodge prior to the ceremony. You will have an opportunity to change before the bonfire.

Will there be a shuttle back to the Wyndham after the bonfire?

Answer

Yes, there are two shuttles back to the Wyndham. One leaves at 9:30pm after the reception. If you are attending the bonfire, there will be a shuttle back to the Wyndham leaving at midnight.
