Plane: Rochester International Airport

This is probably the easiest option for those of you coming from out of town. Just a quick 45-min flight from NYC. Car rentals are available at the airport, but not absolutely necessary (Uber is in WNY). If flights are cheaper, you could consider flying into Buffalo and renting a car. Rochester is about a 1.5hr drive from Buffalo.

About 4.5-5 hours from NYC. Recommend taking the interstate rather than Rte 17 - more gas stations and places to stop, less scenic.
