Wear something nice enough for a Hogwarts feast but comfy enough to outrun a rogue Bludger. After dinner, the dress code shifts to “Mischief Managed.” If your inner child would wear it, we welcome it. Translation: Playfully polished, never uptight (groom is in Vans and bride is in Tevas). And later at night, let whimsy take flight—wear whatever sparks delight.
We’ll kick things off outside on the concrete patio for the ceremony and bar—sunscreen and water will be on-site in case you forget. Dinner and dancing move indoors next to the very large and open garage doors that span the full wall separating the patio. After sunset, you may want a sweater or a light jacket.
The ceremony will still take place on the patio, but it will be fully covered with a tent or awning.
We adore kids! If six or more rsvp and require a leash, a babysitter will be on duty allowing parents a brief, guilt-free escape.
Not seriously attached? Secret rooms, hidden delights, and mischievous quests are all yours to find.
Yes. The bartenders already know your name.
Yes! Appetizers, dinner, and dessert will all be served. We’re finalizing the catering details, but rest assured you will be well-fed. We’re also working with the caterer to make sure the menu includes options that accommodate the most common dietary preferences.
Yes! You can find our registry on this site. Since we live in a very tiny apartment with very few belongings (and even less storage), we kindly ask that gifts come in the form of cash funds toward either a future home down payment or our honeymoon.
Yes! The ceremony will be recorded and we’ll be live-streaming it as well so all our far-flung loved ones can still be part of the day.
Snap to your hearts content! We just ask that you don't block anyone and use our hashtag #MeantS2b on Instagram.
Parking is available, but limited and street parking isn’t recommended. We’ll have valet ready for a stress-free arrival.
The closest airport is LAX. You might find deals flying into Burbank, but the Uber will remind you why convenience costs.
After three weeks and eight different hotel proposals, we learned that blocking rooms in LA is an extreme sport. The only hotel that said yes was in Skid Row—so no thanks. The good news is that LA has a ton of great lodging options at all budgets and we know many of you prefer to Airbnb anyway. We made a little shortlist of hotels we know firsthand and genuinely love and are all close to the venue.
The venue is just a five-minute drive from the recommended hotels. We figured you might like some flexibility, but if enough guests want a shuttle, we’ll make it happen.
Yes! The entire venue is on one level and the bathrooms are compliant. Just the bride and groom’s dressing room is upstairs. Let us know if you need any additional accommodations.
They’re labeled “Ladies” and “Gentlemen,” but honestly—pick whichever door sparks joy. Each room has a different theme, so consider it your first quest of the evening. You may even stumble upon the secret room with a delightful surprise.
