Beautiful national park- great for bike rides, beach, exploring the old forts, and runs! The twin lights in Highlands NJ (http://www.twinlightslighthouse.com/) and Hartshorne Park (https://www.monmouthcountyparks.com/page.aspx?Id=2524) are also great spots to explore in that area! Our FAVORITE restaurant in Sea Bright (where we live- near the church)- BYOB and be sure to make a reservation outside.
Live music and drinks on the beach! This is cross the street from our home and a place that we frequent :)
This is where we live- take a walk on the boardwalk and enjoy the scenery!
NJ Transit will drop off in Oceanport walking distance to the racetrack. This could be a fun thing to do before Welcome Drinks as it is located closer to the Church vs Venue. BYOB in the picnic area- go gamble on some horses and enjoy dinner/ lunch at the Bier Garden. They have a great mini golf course too! Be sure to check on timing of the races before you make the trek!
Best Italian Ice <3
Parking is not great here but great spot for food, shopping, and walk the boardwalk! You can also go to the beach here for the day.
There are a few Rook Coffees in the area- it is the BEST. Definitely try it if you are in Long Branch, Red Bank, Little Silver, or Oakhurst. Red Bank is a cute spot on the river with lots of BYOBs, arcades, paint & sip, shopping, etc.
Ocean Grove is a really cool old town next to Asbury Park- old colonials, tiny streets, dry town with lots of shops and breakfast spots. Be sure to check out "Tent City".
Awesome trendy hotel in Asbury Park! Trendy rooftop bar with amazing views OR check the schedule and have a date night with friends, family, or your significant and enjoy movies on the roof > https://www.theasburyhotel.com/baronet
Bruce Springsteen's old stomping ground- Asbury Park has a really unique bowling alley- it is smaller, vintage, and live music playing.
Another great spot in Asbury- make sure to check out the rooftop!
Excellent breakfast/ brunch spot! Also the Brick Wall next store is great too.
Where Nick & Danielle met!
Well known concert hall in Asbury!
This is a great spot to stop at on your way to Spring Lake Bath & Tennis Club after the Church- views of the ocean and awesome frozen drinks and live music!
Irish Pub with excellent bloody marys!
Great spot to go to have a drink before cocktail hour- it is about a two miles from Spring Lake Bath and Tennis Club!
Pork Roll & Cheese- not TAYLOR HAM ;) is a MUST while you are in NJ! There are a ton of bagel spots but this is where all the bridesmaids used to congregate when we lived in Belmar. If you want to try something crazy outside of pork roll, ask for bacon & cream cheese.
Nick and I went here a few times the summer we first met- great sunsets and live music, all outdoor! Mini golf now as well.
I never thought I would enter Djais but then I lived in Belmar for 2 summers with all my girlfriends and had to succomb to the ways of the town- do not enter this bar unless you are prepared for "stranger in the house" blasting, young kids fist pumping, and napkins being thrown
We love going here when we visit our favorites in Point Pleasant!
AMAZING ice cream
Never been here but looks like a delish spot in Spring Lake across from the ocean (next to the venue) for bloodys and brunch!
Aquarium, rides, games, mini golf-- this is not wear the Jersey Shore Cast lived but they did frequent Jenks quite often- have a good laugh and channel your inner guido ; ) because the boardwalk is worth it and will bring out your inner child!
