Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you kindly RSVP by August 8, 2025, as we will need send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline. If we don't hear from you by this date, we won't be able to save you a seat! Please let us know if you can come at your earliest convenience. If you are unable to attend, we do understand - we will miss you!!

Question

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. Your invitation will indicate who's invited to share our day, as well as in the RSVP section of the website. *If a Guest is indicated on your RSVP, please let us know who your plus-one is if we do not already have their name.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We LOVE kids, but due to limited capacity, we have elected to limit invitations for kiddos. If your child is invited, their name will be listed when you RSVP. We hope you can take this opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Question

Is there a recommended dress code for the event?

Answer

The recommended dress for our event is cocktail or semi-formal... we can't wait to see how fabulous you look! Keep in mind that both the wedding and cocktail hour are both outdoors, and the ceremony itself is in grass. You might want to leave those fabulous stilettos at home! Our wedding will take place outdoors at 5:00 PM—please dress with the venue and season in mind! For Women: A cocktail/midi dress or stylish jumpsuit are perfect. Florals, soft colors, and breathable fabrics like chiffon or crepe work great. Block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are ideal for grass. For Men: A suit or dress pants with a button down, and perhaps a blazer or sport coat - Ties are optional! Lighter colors and fabrics are perfect for an outdoor setting with potentially warm weather!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We ask that you arrive around 4:30 in order to give you ample time to be seated.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking! Our ceremony and reception will be held at the Venue at Willow Creek, which features a paved parking lot with more than 100 spots. If you need to overflow, you can park along the entrance road as well, and we even have overflow parking on the grass.

Question

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

The food at Willow Creek is fabulous - if there are any dietary restrictions, please let us know in your RSVP (type of restriction, and # of guests applicable) and we will do our very best to accommodate!

Question

The wedding is outside - what's the rain plan?

Answer

We'll be keeping an eye on the weather and praying for no issues! If there is rain in the forecast, we'll move the ceremony and cocktail hour inside to the reception venue. Seating will then be at your tables, instead of the rows outside.

Question

Can I park overnight?

Answer

Absolutely! We would rather you leave your car if you are unable to drive home (safety first!). The parking lot will open on the following day (9/28/2025) from 10am-12pm if any cars are left overnight. **The gate will be locked but the Venue is not responsible for cars left overnight.**
