Nick has known Pastor Phil for at least 15 years now. The two met in Sheridan, Wyoming at the McAdoo family's home church, Trinity Lutheran Church, where Pastor Phil was head pastor until he recently retired.

Bella's cousin... and one of her best friends. Their wedding (and all associated activities, like the bachelorette party) wouldn't have been possible without ALL her help and planning. She has been lucky enough to have gotten closer to her over the last few years as they've both settled into adulthood. She is like a younger sister to Bella!
Maddie Jewell

Bella has so many amazing people in her life, she couldn't choose just one "honorary" role. Maddie, another one of her best friends, has been taking on the bridal shower and always offering helpful insight during planning. It has been 13 years since they met freshmen year, but sometimes it feels like they've known each other even longer. Only the truest of friends make you feel like that!

Christine, or Chrissie as Bella calls her, is Bella's younger cousin (Stephanie's sister). Fond memories of sleepovers, movie nights, and karaoke nights abound! Bella is incredibly proud of her graduation and can't wait to see what's next for her.
Katie Allen

Bella has known Katie since preschool (aka when Katie was too shy to play with her). They have somehow known each other for 26 years. Their friendship has been rock solid since the very beginning, even when living in separate states as adults!
Micaela Path

We all knew this had to be done in order of how long Bella has known these fine women, right? Bella and Micaela met in the first grade (24 years ago, but who's counting?). They have been the closest of friends since. Some of Bella's fondest memories growing up are with Micaela!
Megan Seitz

Bella and Megan first met when they worked at The Grand Floridian at Disney World together in 2017. They immediately bonded, but what brought them closer was that they both coincidently applied, and then attended, the same teaching abroad program in Spain. (Bella has never met anyone else outside of Spain who’s done this program... Birds of a feather!)
Lauren Reece

Last but not least, Lauren represents the reminder that friendship is not only based on how long you've known each other. (Seven years is nothing to sneeze at, still!) The two met at Boise State while pursuing their MBAs in 2019, eventually living together. During this time, they made “laying on the floor while having an existential crisis” look easy. (If there’s anyone to thank for this wedding, it’s Lauren. It was during one of these many floor-laying conversations where Bella was convinced to ask Nick to be her boyfriend.)
Nathaniel McAdoo
Best Man
Nick's younger brother. Master of real estate and owner of two lovely old golden retrievers. Together Nick and Nathaniel have endured moving to three different states in the Midwest and watching subpar Owen Wilson movies in the back of their parent's car more times than one cares to count. Despite their differences in personality and different life paths Nathaniel remains one of his best friends and maybe the only person that can truly understand his bizarre sense of humor.
Braden King

Nick's good friend from Boise and former roommate. Currently studying for his master's in mechanical engineering. Braden still refers to himself as Nick's "landlord" as he rented him a room when he had no place to stay. Even after being roommates Braden has continued to be a good friend and supported Nick through the horrors of college Physics. Nick and Braden continue to bond over a mutual interest in PC gaming, science and board games.
Andrew Schuster

Andrew is one of Nick's oldest friends from his hometown of Sheridan Wyoming. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in history in El Paso. Andrew and Nick mainly bonded through being in the band and academic team together. Critically Andrew kept Nick afloat during the weirdness of the year 2018-2019 where he sold shoes back in his hometown of Sheridan Wyoming and was one of Nick's only close friends during that time.
Jack Roberts

Jack Roberts is a good friend of Nick's from his hometown of Sheridan Wyoming. Jack is currently a pharmacist in Boston, MA. Jack and Nick met while playing golf at Big Horn High School. During college Nick and Jack spent many hours fly fishing or golfing in their hometown of Sheridan Wyoming. The verdict is really still out who is the better golfer, it depends on the day. Who is the better fly fisherman is really a much easier question though.
Jules Anderson

Jules Raymond Anderson, or JR is a good friend of Nick's from Concordia College where Nick attended undergrad. JR is originally from Minneapolis, MN and currently teaches Social Studies in that area. JR and Nick bonded over a mutual interest in game of thrones and indie/ alternative rock music. JR is credited with introducing Nick to the world of Vinyl records.
Justin Dowd

Justin is the husband of Stephanie Dowd (Matron of Honor). Justin is the recent father of Isabella Dowd, "the flower girl". Nick and Justin primarily met by spending time at family functions and Nick was also a groomsman in Justin's wedding. However, the bond between Justin and Nick deepened when they found they had a mutual interest in Pokémon, gardening, and fishkeeping. (the holy trinity for 30-year-old dudes)
Trevor Pratt
Groomsman
Trevor Pratt is the brother of the Bride Bella Pratt. Nick and Trevor have bonded over many hours spent together playing cards, celebrating holidays, or being scrunched together in the back of Bella's parents' car. Trevor just recently graduated from Boise State University and is now employed as an engineer at Marvell (Not the place with superheroes).
