Flight

SRQ or TPA

Sarasota has its own airport (SRQ) and is the quickest and easiest airport for domestic flights. It's a very short ride (~10 mins) away from downtown Sarasota and our hotel blocks. We highly recommend flying into here if you can (even if it means a short layover en route)! Ubers are available from the airport to downtown. For those coming from longer distances, Tampa (TPA) is a larger airport. It's about 1 hour (usually ~$60 Uber or Lyft) to Sarasota from there. Shared shuttle services or buses are also available at an affordable price, or car rentals are an option for those interested in having a car during your stay.

Downtown Sarasota and Lido Beach

The Ritz Carlton hotel is in downtown Sarasota, but our wedding will be at the Beach Club, ~3 miles away on Lido Beach. We highly recommend staying in Downtown Sarasota during your stay. This will be close to the Ritz Carlton main property, which, like most other hotels, offers a free shuttle to Lido Beach. Our welcome drinks and after party will also be in downtown. You'll be walking distance from the main strip with tons of restaurants, cafes, bars, & shops. We'll be providing a wedding day shuttle from our downtown room blocks to the venue on Lido Beach. We've secured ROOM BLOCKS at three downtown hotels - the EMBASSY SUITES, ALOFT, and HOTEL INDIGO - at great rates!!
