Due to limited venue capacity and fire codes, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited (listed on invitations). We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests as there will not be sufficient space or seating.
As soon as possible. Don't wait! We say this not just because we're excited, but because June is peak season in Estes Park - space fills fast!
Yes, it could! Those not acclimated may be easily dehydrated, you may find alcohol hits you a little bit harder, and the sun is just a little bit more aggressive. We recommend arriving a day or two early to acclimate. Stay hydrated. Wear sunscreen. Have fun!!
Guests may arrive as early as 3:30pm, but we ask that everyone is seated by 4:00pm.
There will be signs directing guests where to park upon arrival. Please note there are 2 venues at this resort, with weddings happening at both. Our venue is The Homestead & The Pavilion. If you go to the top of the hill to the Boulders, you'll need to turn around.
Its pretty close. The reception area is less than a block from the ceremony site. This is an easy walk, with pavement most, if not the whole way.
We don't have an actual registry. In lieu of a registry, we'd love if you brought a copy of your favorite recipe (printed or handwritten). We love cooking together, and would love to be able to tie friends and family to our homemade meals.
