Train
We will be taking the Euro City train to Innsbruck from Munich on July 24th. The trip takes roughly two hours and drops us off just minutes from the Airbnb.
House Or Rental
We rented an Airbnb for all of us to stay in right in the center of town. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are a short walk and Nick's family's house is only 15 minutes away! This is also a very short walk from the train station as well!
Travel Note
Munich is the largest airport near Innsbruck and will have the cheapest flights. Airport code is MUC and has many direct or one-stop flights from Sea-Tac, SFO, LAX, etc.
Travel Note
Innsbruck has a much smaller airport which is also available to fly into. It is often more expensive than flying through Munich, however, offers a much more convenient trip. The airport is a 5-10 minute drive from town. There are no direct flights from the USA to Innsbruck. Airport code is INN. If you are extending your trip flying from Innsbruck is a great option (we have flown to London from here and it's a small and very easy experience).
House Or Rental
We rented this 4 apartment "Aparthotel" which is a mix between an Airbnb and a hotel very close to downtown.
