A block of hotel rooms has been held at the La Quinta Inn in Loveland, just a few miles down the road from the wedding venue, under the name "Connard-Crowe Wedding". Shuttles will be available for Friday and Saturday events. In addition, we have the whole site at Sylvan Dale reserved for the nights of Friday, October 16th and Saturday, October 17th. We will reach out to you directly if you can stay on the ranch; space is unfortunately limited and we sadly won't be able to accommodate everyone. Even if you aren't staying on the ranch, you are welcome to spend time there throughout the weekend! We are hosting a welcome event on Friday night from 5:00 to 8:00pm at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch. Attire is elevated casual: Sundresses, dressy separates, slacks with a button-down shirt or sport coat (ties are optional) are all perfect. Warm layers are recommended for this outdoor event! Food and drinks will be served and some fun activities available throughout.
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm at Sylvan Dale, please plan to arrive early to allow ample time to get settled. Attire for the evening is cocktail or semi-formal, feel free to have fun with your outfits (the bride will be wearing vintage). The ceremony will be held outdoors, with cocktail hour on the covered porch and dinner and dancing inside.
We kindly ask that our wedding is an adult-only celebration, with the exception of children specifically named on an invitation (or as seen on the RSVP page).

Loveland, CO is at an elevation of around 5280 feet, the same as Denver. For guests coming from sea level, remember to stay hydrated (and that the effect of alcohol is more intense at elevation)!
Cellphone service and internet access are spotty in the foothills and at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch. This can make texting and using ridesharing apps difficult, but hopefully it's worth it for a retreat away from your email inbox! Additionally, we kindly ask that all phones are away during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to snap photos, post, and share your memories!
