What's happening with your wedding and COVID-19?

Answer

As of March 28th, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our big wedding due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Your health and safety are our top priority! We got married officially in Altus on May 30th with just our very immediate family present, BUT we plan to have a “Blessing of the Union” ceremony and reception when things return to normal. We will keep you updated as we are able. Thank you for your understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Once you have received a formal invitation in the mail, you will be able to RSVP through this wedding website. Click the RSVP tab then type in your name exactly as it appears on your invitation. We will send out formal invitations once we have our new date!

Question

I am having trouble with my RSVP. What do I do?

Answer

Make sure you enter your name exactly as it appears on your invitation--even if we spelled it wrong! Please note: You only need to go through the RSVP process once for your whole family. The names of each invited individual will show up after the first name is entered. If you are still having trouble, please contact Morgan by email. memitchell1011@gmail.com

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Everyone person who listed on your formal invitation is invited to the ceremony, social hour, and reception. Please make sure to indicate the correct number of people you are bringing on your online RSVP.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding and reception?

Answer

Semi-formal. Try something along the lines of cocktail dresses, blouses, suits, and sportcoats. Keep in mind--there will be dancing at the formal reception.
