When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love to have your RSVP by June 1st, so we can make some important decisions about food and rentals. Please let us know as soon as you can if you will be able to make it or not.

Are you registered? Where?

Yes! We are registered through Zola.com and Bed, Bath, and Beyond 🙂

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You can begin arriving after 3 pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! Please dress comfortably and keep the weather in mind. You may want a hat for the ceremony, as it will likely be hot and sunny.

Can I bring a date?

Yes! Please let us know if you did not RSVP with a date so we can make sure that they are fed.

Are kids welcome?

They are! We will not have any special food available for children however, so keep that in mind as you plan for the day.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Days Inn in Lolo is a simple and easy option about 25 minutes from the venue. In Hamilton, there are a few options: Bitterroot River Inn and Conference Center, Super 8, and Quality Inn. However, we highly recommend Airbnb or VRBO for your stay. There are some truly amazing options in the Bitteroot Valley!

On the RSVP, please indicate your allergy or sensitivity.

What will parking look like?

Answer

The parking for the wedding will be in the field just above the area of the reception. There will be plenty of parking for everyone!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be no transportation provided. Please celebrate responsibly! You can always pitch a tent on the lawn! 👍
