Our ceremony and reception will be held at the Field Museum: 1400 S Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60605
Please let us know if you'll be joining us by June 1st. You're welcome to RSVP by returning the card included in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our website.
Our evening ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the garden and terrace while the reception will take place inside. Guests will need to walk briefly on grass to the ceremony, and as such we do not recommend stiletto or otherwise-thin heels. We will provide shoe protection for those who need it.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, but guests are welcome to arrive starting at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving early to grab a drink, find your seat, enjoy the setting, and settle in before the festivities begin!
Our celebration will be formal attire. Think elegant evening wear - dark colored suits for men (ties optional - it's summer, we get it!) and floor-length gowns or elevated cocktail dresses for ladies.
Absolutely! We love kids and would be delighted to have them celebrate with us. Whether they're dancing on the floor or sneaking an extra slice of cake, little ones are more than welcome to join the fun. To help everyone enjoy the day (including parents!), we'll be providing on-site child care during cocktail hour and dinner with fun activities and experienced caregivers.
We’ve arranged on-site childcare with Chicago Super Sitters in a classroom located next to our reception space. Care will be available during cocktail hour and dinner, including assistance with feeding children during cocktail hour. The space will be set up with toys, games, and activities, and parents are welcome to check on their children or check them in and out at any time.
Please register your child using the link below by May 30th. https://form.jotform.com/260415576313151
We have two room blocks for our out-of-town guests. Please see our "Travel" tab for links to book your reservation.
Yes! Trolleys will pick up guests from our hotel block at The La Salle and transport everyone to the ceremony. Guests staying at our second hotel (located one block away) are welcome to walk to The La Salle to catch the trolley. At the end of the night, shuttles will also run back to The La Salle.
Our venue does not offer on-site parking. Guests are welcome to self-park in the Soldier Field parking garages located nearby (standard parking rates apply).
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a family-style dinner at reception. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
