Question

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are inside however the barn where the reception will be held does not have air conditioning or heat. Seeing as how the weather in WNY in May is very unpredictable, please be sure to plan accordingly!

Will both venues be handicapped accessible?

Answer

Yes! We want to make sure everyone we love is present with us. The church has two parking lots, although only one side has a wheelchair ramp.. If this is something you require, please park in the parking lot to the right of the church (if you are looking at it from the street). The Oak Knolls Manor barn, where the reception will be held, also has a wheelchair ramp on the side to bring you into the main space.

What kind of food & drinks will be available?

Answer

We will have an open bar available which will include beer, wine, mixed drinks & of course soda and water. There will be light hors d'oeuvre during cocktail hour. For dinner we will be having pulled pork and BBQ chicken with many amazing sides from a locally owned catering company, Partyman Catering!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

While there are some dishes that may meet your requirements, we want to make sure there is something for you to enjoy. Please reach out to Matt or Nichole for any dietary restrictions you have in order for us to ensure you can enjoy your dinner.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony to allow our family & friends to be fully present with us. We have hired an amazing photographer, as well as videographer, to help us capture this time. Of course at cocktail hour and the reception we would love for you to take as many photos and videos as you would like! Be sure to use our hashtag, #KetchupWithTheHeins !!

Answer

Yes! On the top of this website you will see a tab that says "Registry". Everything we have registered for from Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, as well as the Zola registry is linked right here!
