Some of the best burgers/sandwiches and cocktails in Medford! Celia's a big fan of their potato salad, and Lefty loves the entombed pork pancake appetizer.
Britt Gardens
The gardens here are beautiful in one of Oregon's oldest mining towns. There's a series of hiking trails above the Britt to explore as well!
GoodBean Jacksonville
If you happen to be exploring in Jacksonville (where the wedding will be held) and are in need of a caffienne pick-me-up, then swing by Good Bean. Their coffee is awesome, and their paistries are even awesomer.
Rise Coffeehouse
Case coffee (based out of Ashland) has opened up a new location in Medford! Their coffee is of high quality, and the tables are spacious - perfect for some grading :)
Upper Table Rock
A fairly short hike in terms of length, but the vertical incline is definitely killer! Pack plenty of water, and DON'T eat a burrito beforehand.

A fantastic spot for brunch, this is definitely a go to spot for any brunch fanatics.

Wooldridge Creek Vineyard, Winery, Creamery & Charcuterie
If you're up for a drive into the Applegate valley, then please go to Wooldridge. They are a winery, animal sanctuary, creamery, and charcuterie. Their passion for product, love of animals, and postcard view make this a gem in the winery corridor.

Their Moose Munch is iconic, and they have a couple other notable novelties as well! Worth the perusing.
