Is transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

The transportation will be provided from and to Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites. If you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing the complimentary shuttle or carpooling with the guest who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner. The bus will leave at 3:45pm.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love children, but due to space and planning constraints, we're only able to include children of immediate family in the celebration. We hope you understand and can enjoy a night out with us!

Are pets allowed?

Answer

While we absolutely love pets, we kindly ask that you leave them at home for the day, unless they’re part of the ceremony! Thank you so much for your understanding!

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Whispering Oaks in Valley View, TX, so no need to travel between venues.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The event begins at 5:00 PM, but we kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:45 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at the venue. Just follow the signs labeled "Guest Parking".

How long will the event last?

Answer

The celebration will run from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. The cocktail hour will also take place outdoors if conditions allow, followed by an indoor reception.

Is there going to be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we’ll be celebrating with an open bar following the ceremony! We’ll be serving craft beers, wines, and cocktails. Nonalcoholic beverages will also be available. Bar will be open from 5:30 PM until 10:30 PM.

Will there be a sit-down dinner or a buffet?

Answer

We'll be serving a sit-down dinner. You'll select your meal preference when you RSVP.
