Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Space at the Kenwood Depot is somewhat limited, but there will be a reserved lot at the fire station across the street. Please do not park in residential driveways.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We're not concerned about adhering to a specific dress code, but if you want inspiration, think: relaxed smart casual - like what you might wear to a nice garden party. We will be outside and inside, so plan for comfort (and August weather)!

What's with all the trains?

Answer

The Kenwood Depot is a historic train station (not to mention a lovely venue), so that set the theme in locomotion. For our honeymoon, we’re planning to take the California Zephyr from the Bay Area to Chicago — so yes, trains just kept coming up. We also live across the street from our local train station! (There’s absolutely no requirement to dress like a conductor… unless that’s your dream. In which case: all aboard?)

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift! We are so grateful to be surrounded by such generous and loving people. Truly, your presence at our wedding means the world to us, and we are not asking for gifts. If you feel moved to give something, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be deeply appreciated—but absolutely not expected.
