The Wedding Website of Nick Tamsma and Tabitha Burger
Waikiki is a neighborhood of Honolulu that is built around tourism. Mostly consisting of hotels, restaurants, shops, and bars, Waikiki also offers walking access to a premier beach with surf lessons, snorkeling, and many more activities. We live close enough to this part of town to pop-in. The wedding bus will be picking up and dropping off in Waikiki. If you want to stay on another part of the island, you may want to rent a car. For military guests, explore availability at the Hale Koa, a military only hotel at the edge of Waikiki with parking included. We are exploring additional hotel group discounts. Additional details to come.

Travel Note

Flights

All airlines should have flights scheduled. If you do not have an airline preference, consider Southwest Airlines for competitive rates. Southwest does not advertise their flights through third-parties like Google Flights, Expedia, etc., so check out options on their website: Southwest.com For other airlines, Google Flights will provide a broad search of flights and airlines for your search parameters. Be sure to consider if you will need to check a bag and the time difference between Hawaii and where you are traveling from. Hawaiian Airlines tends to have better leg room and food offerings. If you want to really get in the spirit, consider looking at the options they provide.
