Where should I stay?

We have secured a discounted hotel room block for our guests. Please use the provided booking link on the Travel page to receive the group rate.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

How can we find the venue once on site?

Answer

Follow the path from the parking lot straight toward the main building, passing the small amphitheater. The venue entrance is located upstairs on the second level. The venue is also accessible by elevator for ADA access.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is ample parking available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Guests will be asked to use their personal vehicles for transportation to and from the venue.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors away from the heat!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Cocktail attire includes polished and dressy clothing such as suits, sport coats, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dress shoes. Dresses should be knee length or longer. We respectfully ask all guests to refrain from wearing jeans.

Guests are kindly asked to RSVP by July 5th.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, only guests formally listed on the invitation are included. Invited children are also included, which can all be viewed on the RSVP page of this website.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes. Dinner and drinks will be served during the reception.

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. We would love for you to take and share photos during the reception and celebration afterward.
