Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating with the exception of nursing children. We hope you are able to join us anyway and enjoy a relaxed evening with friends and family!
The ceremony + reception will both be held at the Madison Club on E Wilson in downtown Madison. Not everyone invited to the reception will be invited to the ceremony due to capacity/space conflicts but your invitation will specify!
The Hilton on the Terrace is right next to the venue and is where a lot of the wedding party is staying. However, other hotels in the area are the Concourse and Edgewater! We recommend scheduling your stay as soon as possible!

Please RSVP using the reply post cards included in the invitations. They already have a stamp on it so all you have to do is fill out and put it the mail.
You will see 3 choices on the reply card in the invitation. Let's say there are 3 people in your family and addressed on the card; then you would likely put initials next to the chosen plate.
If you have a food allergy (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc) or would like to know what is exactly being provided with the meal, please contact the bride or simply indicate preferences on the reply card. (e.g SS for the chicken picatta only if it is GF, if its not then the Veg option)
The preferred attire on our day of is black tie optional. This means that you can wear your most formal attire (tux, etc), but can also dress in dress clothes such as cocktail dresses etc.
This just means that we want to be conscious of our guests ' comfort in that any music with extreme swear words, etc. will be saved for the later part of the night in case others do not want to hear explicit type music.
