How do I know if I have a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, this will appear on your invitation as well as under your name when you RSVP on this website closer to the wedding. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests who are formally invited.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love all of your kiddos, however, we would like to respectfully ask that our wedding is for adults only and hope that parents can enjoy a night off. Please contact the bride once the date gets closer for recommendations on a babysitter for the night!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you know the groom, you already know the answer to this question. Of course, we are happy to work with our venue and accommodate your needs. Please notify us prior to the wedding (there will be an option when you RSVP).

Where should I fly into?

Answer

There are many airports in the greater NYC area. If you plan to rent a car, you can do so and drive up. Another option is taking the MTA train up from one of the NYC area airports. Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Highland Falls, NY. The reception will be at The Barn at Villa Venezia in Middletown, NY. There is approximately a 35 minute drive between the two locations. Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Question

How much time will there be in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. and end at approximately 3:30 p.m. The Residence Inn & Home 2 Suites, as well as The Barn at Villa Venezia are 35 minutes from Sacred Heart Church. Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 p.m. at The Barn to ensure guests enough time to check-in to hotels. Shuttle departing time from hotels to The Barn will begin at 5:15 p.m.

Will there be transportation to The Barn at Villa Venezia?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at the Residence Inn or Home 2 Suites, there will be transportation arranged to and from The Barn at Villa Venezia. Shuttle times will be posted on the 'Travel' tab closer to the date. If you are staying at the La Quinta, we ask that you walk just up the road to the Residence Inn to hop on the shuttle.

Will there be parking available at The Barn at Villa Venezia?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at The Barn at Villa Venezia, however no cars can be left overnight.
