Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding is on Friday, July 3rd, 2026 at Maple Meadows Farm. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to find your seat and get settled. We will move inside to the cold air conditioning for the reception that will go from 5-11:30. The address is 736 Weaver Rd, Port Colborne, ON L3K 5V3, Canada. Follow the signs to the parking lot behind the barn.

Where should I book a hotel?

Answer

You can book a room in our hotel block at Holiday Inn Express and Suites Welland, which is the most convenient option! We’ve reserved a number of rooms there for our guests. You’re also welcome to stay in Niagara Falls if you prefer — just keep in mind it’s about 10 minutes further from the venue. We’ll share hotel details and booking links on the travel portion of the website!

How should I get there?

Answer

If you’re coming from out of town, we recommend flying into Buffalo Niagara International Airport — it’s about a 40-minute drive from the venue. You can rent a car at the airport and cruise over! You can also fly into Toronto Pearson International Airport, which is about 1.5 hours away. And of course, if you're within driving distance, feel free to road trip it in.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire — think polished but fun! For women, that could be a knee-length or midi dress. For men, slacks with a button-down or blazer works great (tie optional).

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We love our family and friends, but due to our venue’s guest limit, we’re only able to accommodate the people listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and know how much we appreciate you being part of our special day!

Is transportation provided to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a shuttle leaving from the hotel in Welland at 3:45 PM to get you to the venue on time. At the end of the night, there will be two return shuttles heading back to the hotel — one at 11:00 PM and another at 11:30 PM. So you can relax, enjoy the night, and leave the driving to us!
