Boston Logan International Airport

For our out of towner guests, we would suggest flying into Boston Logan International Airport & then renting a car to drive up to New Hampshire. There is an airport in Manchester, NH (about an hour away from the venue), but flight prices could be a bit higher since it's a smaller airport. You are able to get rental cars from either location.

There are limited houses that we were able to block to rent out on the property. Casey & Nick need to ensure that the wedding party & immediate family members will be accommodated first, and then will reach out to you to see if you would like to rent to stay onsite. There are sometimes houses to rent on Owls Nest through Airbnb / VRBO as well, so be sure to keep your eye out!

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Plymouth White Mountains

Rooms have been set aside for both June 9 and 10, with a 4:00PM check-in time on the day of your arrival. The hotel does their best to accommodate early check in but is not always possible and cant be guaranteed (I would recommend to come on Friday, but if you come on Saturday, you should either come to the hotel ready for the wedding or call to see if you can get an early check in). The rate for each night is the same $239 King, $249 QNQN plus tax. Rooms must be booked by April 28, 2023 in order to maintain this rate. If you are staying at this hotel, a bus will be at the hotel at 4:30pm and leave the hotel at 4:35pm to go to the venue. PLEASE BE ON TIME - THIS IS THE ONLY BUS.

Best Western Plymouth Inn-White Mountains

Rooms have been set aside for both June 9 and 10, with a 3:00PM check-in time on the day of your arrival. The hotel does their best to accommodate early check in but is not always possible and cant be guaranteed (I would recommend to come on Friday, but if you come on Saturday, you should either come to the hotel ready for the wedding or call to see if you can get an early check in). The rate for each night is the same $217 plus tax. Rooms must be booked by May 11, 2023 in order to maintain this rate. If you are staying at this hotel, the bus will be at the hotel at 4:30 and depart the hotel to go to the venue at 4:42pm. PLEASE BE ON TIME - THIS IS THE ONLY BUS.
