Your invitation will let you know if you are able to come to this (unfortunately the building can only hold a set number of people). Cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres will be served. Come kick off the wedding weekend with us!

Buses Depart from Hotels
4:30 pm
If you are staying at one of the hotel blocks, transportation will be provided for you. If you are staying at the Fairfield Inn, a bus will arrive at the hotel at 4:30pm and depart from the hotel to the venue at 4:35pm. If you are staying at the Best Western, a bus will arrive at 4:30pm and depart from the hotel to the venue at 4:42pm. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON TIME - THESE ARE THE ONLY BUSES.
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

The ceremony will be fully outdoors overlooking the White Mountains. Girls the ground is paved so no need to worry about your heels digging in!
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Cocktail hour will be hosted in between the ceremony & pavilion location. Owls Nest employees will guide you where to go. Grab one of our signature drinks & enjoy some passed & stationed hors d'oeuvres!
Reception
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Reception will be held in the outdoor pavilion, the floor is also paved (for those heels!) and there will be a seating chart indicating what table to sit at. We're SO excited to celebrate with you!
