This hotel is 6 minutes from our venue. There are limited rooms (20 rooms total in the entire hotel) so I recommend booking quickly if you want a short drive! When booking a room, in order to get our discounted rate, you will need to call, select the group block/rate option and state you are “booking a room under the McCann Wedding room block”! Check in time for Friday is 4PM, as well as 4PM for Saturday unfortunately. If you are staying Saturday only, you will need to check in to your room AFTER our wedding. Check-in is virtual from my understanding. The hotel does allow the opportunity to drop luggage off to be held in a bell closet for later check-in if needed though! This hotel is pet friendly up to one dog under 50 lbs. PLEASE BOOK PRIOR TO 8/21/2026 AS THIS IS WHEN OUR ROOM BLOCK ENDS. Check-in is contactless, self-service, and begins at 4:00 p.m. There is no front desk at the property. Before you arrive, you must complete the Pre-Arrival Checklist online, which includes a virtual ID check. Two days before your stay, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and parking information via email and text message. On your check-in date, by 3:30 p.m., you will be sent the secure entry codes for your private entrance. For any questions, you can contact the 24/7 guest support by text or email.

Best Western Plus Waterville Grand Hotel

This hotel is 14.8 miles from our venue, approximately a 17 minute drive. We have a courtesy room block under “Mann or McCann Wedding Room Block” at this location. WHEN CALLING TO BOOK, PLEASE STATE YOU ARE LOOKING TO BOOK A ROOM UNDER THE MANN OR MCCANN WEDDING ROOM BLOCK. We currently have a block for 15 rooms with a king size bed & 5 rooms with double beds. If these fill up, we can request to have more rooms added to the block! Price at this location per night under our room block is $199 plus tax. Breakfast is included. PLEASE BOOK PRIOR TO 9/1 AS THIS IS WHEN OUR ROOM BLOCK ENDS.
