Are you having bridesmaids/groomsmen?

Answer

We have decided to skip this tradition. We will likely ask some close friends/family to be part of us getting ready the day of, and perhaps participate in events during the ceremony (flower holding, rings) and reception (speeches) but it will be informal. Thanks for understanding.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Although Nick and I do not generally drink, we will have an open bar for beer and wine. There will NOT be liquor or cocktails served, but you may bring cash to purchase next door at the brewery and walk back on over the reception. Please have a DD or plan to stay at our hotel with included shuttle service to and from the wedding.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are requesting cash gifts as we love to travel and experience life. We have plenty of items between the both of us so we’d prefer you help us make our honeymoon one of a kind.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We LOVE kids but we are limiting the amount of kids that are invited due to costs. If you have teenage and adult children, they will likely NOT be invited. We will reach out to discuss if they can be included, but please assume they will not be attending. Please contact either Nick or Annaliese if you have questions regarding this matter. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! The vegetarian option will be a Moroccan Stew delivered to your seat. You may still join the buffet line and see if anything else works within your diet.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of parking, but please consider our hotel shuttle if needing a DD.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we plan to. More details to come but the plan is to have a shuttle available from the Comfort Inn between 2:30 and 3:15 for the ceremony start at 4pm. It will then be available between 7-10:00pm. Reception ends promptly at 10:00pm. It can only hold 14 people at a time, so you may need to wait for the next shuttle (30 minutes).
