To help with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible! Our official deadline is September 15th so that we can finalize the headcount needed for the events. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We thank you for your understanding.
There are very few parking spots located on the venue due to the location, so as such we have reserved a parking lot and shuttles to bring all guests to and from the venue. The address to the parking lot will be: 9980 Highway 9, Ben Lomond, CA
Short answer: no. As much as we love all of your little ones, this wedding will be exclusively for adults, with the exception of one that is part of the wedding party. The venue is also not child friendly, being on the side of a hill. For this reason, please schedule out a babysitter and come celebrate this wonderful evening with us!
Due to the limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding ♥
We would love to see you in semi-formal attire. Since the ceremony takes place in the grass, please wear appropriate footwear. The Santa Cruz Mountains can get cold in the evening, so bring something to bundle up with. The bridesmaids will be wearing the color: Olive.
The ceremony and reception dinner are outside in the Santa Cruz mountain atmosphere, with a small area inside for cocktail hour and desserts. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the events.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in this special moment. We have a professional photographer that will be able to capture the ceremony and we can share photos with all later. Apart from the ceremony, that's a definite yes! Please take as many photos and videos as possible, and we will have a QR code setup for all to share each other's photos.
Yes! There will be welcome drinks and wine during cocktail hour and dinner. Drinks will be limited due to bar size, but please enjoy yourself and join us in this celebration! The hangover will be on you though...
Shuttle service will begin at 6:30 PM to return guests to their vehicles, with pick-ups every 30 minutes until 8:30 PM. This time is subject to change, so thank you for your patience as we ensure everyone gets back comfortably.
