When should I arrive, and how long should I stay?

We recommend arriving by Friday, October 2, 2026, so you can settle in, explore, and maybe even join us for whatever pre-wedding fun we dream up. Our ceremony is on Saturday, October 3. If you need an excuse for a long weekend in Vegas — this is it. 😉

Answer
Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. The Flamingo Hotel & Casino is our home base (and ceremony venue!), with plenty of nearby options like Paris, Caesars Palace, and LINQ.

Answer
We have not reserved a hotel block, but we've made booking convenient for our guests. Please visit our Travel page for a curated list of recommended hotels, where you'll find a special discount code to help make your stay more affordable and comfortable.

Yes, parking is available at nearby hotels for a fee. While we won't be renting a car due to the area's excellent walkability and convenient transportation options like monorail and ride-sharing services, guests who prefer to drive can easily find parking. Our ceremony will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Garden Chapel at The Flamingo Hotel & Casino. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early — we’re getting married in the elopement capital of the world, which means the venues here run a tight ship when it comes to start times. Vegas doesn’t wait, and neither will we! ⏰✨ We’ll share very specific directions on how to find the Garden Chapel prior to or during your stay, so you’ll know exactly where to go (and avoid any pre-ceremony laps around the property). So set your alarm, step away from the slot machines and be ready to roll — the chapel doors close right on time!

What is the dress code?

Vegas Formal: Chic, comfortable attire for our wedding. Ladies, choose cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates. Gentlemen, wear well-tailored suits or dress pants with a crisp shirt or blazer. Ties optional.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We warmly welcome your photography and social media sharing! We'd love for you to capture the special moments of our day using our wedding hashtag #nicedayforawhitewedding. We kindly ask that you be mindful of our professional photographer, Jessie, who will be documenting the ceremony and Garden Party, ensuring she has the space needed to beautifully preserve our memories.

After exchanging our vows, we'll kick off our celebration with a charming Garden Party featuring delightful cupcakes and champagne. We'll share our first dance as newlyweds before hopping aboard a limo bus that will whisk us away to an intimate dinner at Carmine's NYC at Caesars Palace.

Can I bring a plus one?

Each invitation includes all invited guests and their plus one. To help us plan accordingly, we ask that only those listed on your invitation join us in celebrating. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! Kids are welcome as long as they’re listed on your invitation. Just keep in mind that many areas in Las Vegas are 21+, including some restaurants, pools, and casinos. We’ll make sure our events are family-friendly, but please plan accordingly if you’re bringing little ones along.

Is transportation provided?

Yes, a limo bus will transport guests between the Flamingo and Carmine's for the dinner reception. For other transportation, taxis, Ubers, and the Las Vegas Monorail are readily available.
