Harrogate
This is where we met in September 2004, 7 years later it was the location of our first date and 20 years later we now call it home! There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants to try.
York
A historic town with lots of places to eat. Some of our first dates were spent here. This unfortunately included a birthday meal for Niamh were Myles forgot his wallet.
Fountains Abbey
A picturesque Abbey just outside of Ripon . We have walked here all through our relationship and were here the day lock down was announced. Bella (Myles' family dog) liked to jump in the front seat of the car when arriving and would spend all her time running up and down the river.
Ripley Castle
A manor house located in the village of Ripley, Famous for its ice cream and once home to the Lady of Ripley who confronted Oliver Cromwell!
Kilburn White Horse
The 'Best View Point in Britain' is said to be located here. This fact may be up for debate but it is a lovely walk.
