Is there parking available at the welcome party venue?

Yes, there is limited paid parking at the welcome party venue. It is in downtown Greensboro, so expect it to be busy.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, parking will be available at the venue for free.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a 30 person shuttle between the Courtyard Marriott Greensboro Airport and the venue. There will be one trip planning to leave the hotel at 4:00 pm, and one trip to leave the venue at 10:30 pm. If you think you may want to leave before that, I would plan to either drive yourself or catch a ride with someone else. Space is limited, so if you did not RSVP that you would take the shuttle, there may not be room. It is probably possible to uber to the venue from Greensboro, but it will be difficult (maybe impossible) to get an uber back from the venue at the end of the night. So if you’re not going to drive yourself, I would plan on taking the shuttle!
