Guests staying at the resort will have full access to all wedding events, including the Welcome Party, Ceremony & Reception, and the Pool Party. Guests not staying at the resort will need to purchase a day pass in order to attend any on-site wedding events. 💵 Day Pass: $160 USD per person 🕐 Valid for the full day (includes food, drinks, and resort access) 🎟️ We highly encourage staying at Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen for full access and ease between events. ✈️ Travel Information We’re so excited to welcome you to Mexico for our destination wedding! Below are key details to help make your arrival smooth and stress-free. 🛬 Airport Arrival & Transportation All guests should fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). To help coordinate transportation from the airport to the resort, please email your full flight itinerary to our certified wedding specialist: Amarjit Keshav 📧 akeshav@destinationweddings.com ✈️ Please send your flight details as soon as you have them so transportation can be arranged smoothly. 🚐 Transportation to Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen After landing and clearing customs, proceed outside to the designated transportation area. Your pre-arranged transfer service will be waiting to take you directly to the resort in Playa del Carmen. Please note: Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen does not offer a private airport lounge or complimentary shuttle service. All airport transfers must be arranged independently or through our wedding specialist. If you are arranging your transportation independently, you can book your own transportation with reputable providers such as: • Amstar • USA Transfers • Canada Transfers • Happy Shuttle (These companies are commonly used for Playa del Carmen.) 🚗 Drive time from the airport to the resort: approx. 45–55 minutes depending on traffic. 🛂 Travel Requirements A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. Ensure your passport has not expired and meets all travel requirements before departure. ✨ FAST PASS / VIP ARRIVAL SERVICE (Optional) For guests who want a smoother arrival experience at CUN, you can book a Fast Pass service that offers: Priority lane for immigration Assistance through customs Faster processing upon arrival This service is optional, but helpful during peak travel dates.
