Shuttle

We are providing two shuttles to transport guests to and from the Microtel, Hampton Inn, and Best Western. If you are driving in for the day, we have also reserved an offsite parking lot where the shuttle will also stop at. The address for the parking lot is: 1930 Pre-Emption Rd, Penn Yan, NY 14525. The shuttle schedule is as follows. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before your preferred stop. 3 PM: Guest Parking Lot (1930 Pre Emption Rd, Penn Yan, NY 14527) 3:10 PM: Microtel Penn Yan 3:15 PM: Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn & Suites 3:20 PM: Hampton Inn Penn Yann 3:30 PM: Crispin Hill 3:45 PM: Guest Parking Lot (1930 Pre Emption Rd, Penn Yan, NY 14527) 3:55 PM: Microtel Penn Yan 4:00 PM: Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn & Suites 4:05 PM: Hampton Inn Penn Yann 4:15 PM: Crispin Hill Ceremony Begins at 4:30 PM sharp! EARLY DEPARTURES: From 8:00-9:45 PM, the shuttles will loop from Crispin Hill to the parking lot and hotels. REGULAR DEPARTURES: From 9:45-11 PM, one shuttle will loop from Crispin Hill to the afterparty (at the Silverbird Woodfired); the other will loop from Crispin Hill > Parking Lot > Microtel > Best Western > Hampton Inn. AFTERPARTY: From 11 PM-1 AM, there will be a shuttle looping from the afterparty to the parking lot and hotels.
