We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt House Short Pump. Additional rooms will be released in waves as the rooms in the block are booked. Please book your room as soon as you know you will be able to attend so we can release more rooms accordingly. Buffet breakfast and parking are included with reservations. Shuttle

Venue Shuttle

October 24, 2026 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Shuttles will be running back and forth between the Hyatt House and the venue beginning at 3:30pm. The buses will pause from 4:30pm-10:30pm, then will begin running between the venue and hotels again. Buses will also be available from the venue to the after party for anyone who would like to attend. There will be no shuttles back from the after party; please arrange your own transportation back to the hotel via Uber or other method.

For anyone flying into a Washington, DC airport, we recommend taking an Amtrak train down to Richmond. We suggest getting off at the Richmond Staples Mill Road stop (RVR) as it is closer to Short Pump where the hotels are located.
