Where should I stay?

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt House in Short Pump. Please book your room as soon as you know you are able to attend so we can add more rooms to the block as necessary. Additional information can be found in the "Travel" tab.

While we love your little ones, we have decided not to include children in our wedding day. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue if you choose to bring a car. However, there will be a shuttle running back and forth between the hotel and the venue.

How early can I arrive at the venue?

For the ceremony, please arrive no earlier than 4pm.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors. Please wear shoes that are comfortable for walking on grass!
