I have known Danielle since third grade, we went through many awkward stages of life together. We once built a bridge project together in elementary, I, then, decided I never wanted to be her partner or look at her again. I realized she was bossy, nerdy, and weird. But for some reason, we were friends through middle school, high school, and then crazy enough, I was her roommate through college. I think it was because she had the right answer most of the time on tests and homework. When I couldn't find Danielle in our room, all I had to do was turn the light off and she glows like the sun- Nguyen

When Nate is actually home, he ain't half bad. I think he said "Hi" to me once a few months ago when he came out of his room for more pop tarts. All around great guy. Glad he could pause call of duty for my wedding. Couldn't ask for any better -Ethan

Christine and I became friends in middle school because I thought she was pretty cool for being really smart without showing it. She and I make fun of Danielle together as a hobby, and we always said that if we were ever lost on an island, we would leave Danielle behind. Christine is terrible at texting; sometimes, I email her and I get a faster response. She's the strongest friend I know because she once told me she got assaulted in Chile, and she was like "Eh, it happens." - Nguyen

Colton will probably have to read this twice. He never pays attention, always goes with the flow, never listens to me, and destroys my clutch in my mustang. Just a typical Russian you gotta chase off your lawn with a broom. Very happy that he could be my best man and brother for life. -Ethan

After spending time at the Metzler's house, I realized Jaden loves to cuddle on the couch, sleeps, and watch Netflix. Most of the time, I have a hard time finding her in her room because it is filled with clothes. Shawnee is the most hardworking person I know. She is caring and her love for God is evident in her life. I'm so comfortable around Shawnee that when Alex, her husband asked her out, I was sitting beside her. She is kind, generous, gentle, and an all-around great friend. Shayla is your typical Asian friend. She understands your Asian jokes when you need her and laughs when our white friends don't understand them. She is willing to eat Pho with you 24/7 and makes rice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Nguyen and I can't wait to have children one day, and thanks to Dave we got to try it out first hand before even being married! He's big, cuddly, makes no sense half of the time, and has the best laugh. He calls eating four donuts "bulking season", I call it another five pounds... He's great. -Ethan

Emery is half Filipino and half white, but I mostly consider her 100 percent Asian because she karaokes, takes me out to eat Asian food, plays three different instruments, and is a straight A student. Emery has a list of requirements that her future husband needs to have like having ears that are unattached and that she has to be smarter than them. I'm afraid she might be a nun- Nguyen

Ben is the one in the group who obviously doesn't fit in. He drives tractors, can take a transmission apart, throws a hammer in after every meal, and eats copious amounts of pasta. Every night Ben keeps me up dreaming about chicken houses and every morning wakes me with earth shaking farts. Hands down best roommate and friend I could ask for. -Ethan
