guests to arrive at 3:45pm, ceremony to begin promptly at 4:00pm. restrooms are located inside the courthouse building, on the second floor, down the hall (they will close at 5:00pm). this is an unplugged ceremony, please refrain from taking personal photos until the reception.

guests may begin arriving at 6:00pm, and may stay until 10:00pm. please note, there is no space for dancing, and instead we look forward to cozying up with you all.

The spring of 2016 Shannon and Oliver became good friends, hanging out often. Before they knew it, it was summer and they were spending time together almost everyday. They soon realized they were each others best friend. On July Fourth, Oliver asked Shannon, ‘how 'bout you be Thing One and I be Thing Two and we be a Thing Together?’ Once she clarified that he wasn’t joking, she agreed. They dated, and eventually moved into their first apartment together, got their little love man (chiweenie Buddha) together in 2018, and moved into their house together in 2019. Oliver graduated with his Masters in accountancy and worked towards his CPA, while Shannon worked towards her Doctorate in Audiology. The last year of Shannon's degree involved her completing an externship, where she worked at the San Francisco VA HCS. Hence, Shannon and Oliver endured one year of long distance. On one of their monthly trips, Oliver surprised Shannon by getting down on one knee and asking her to spend the rest of her life with him and she joyfully agreed. Now that May of 2022 has come and passed, Oliver has obtained his CPA, and Shannon graduated with her Doctorate of Audiology and took a full-time audiologist position at the San Francisco VA HCS. Oliver and Buddha moved up to San Francisco in June of 2022, allowing for the whole gang to be back together again. Now they are getting ready for their next adventure: marriage!
