When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Before 5:00pm. Ceremony doors will promptly close at 5:00pm and latecomers will be asked to wait outside until the ceremony concludes.

Can I bring additional guests?

Answer

Due to restrictions, space limitation and us needing to reserve meals in advance, please only bring the number of guests indicated on your invitation. If your invitation indicate that 2 seats have been reserved for you, then only 2 seats will be available for your party and we cannot accommodate additional guests, including children, as each child requires their own seat.

Are kids welcome?

We love children (Connor is a pediatrician after all!) but would like to keep this as an adult event. Plus, you deserve a night off to kick back, enjoy yourself and celebrate with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Blocked rooms have been reserved for The Row Hotel. Please refer to our Travel tab on how to book. Must book by August 17, 2021 in order to guarantee availability and discounted rate. If you need additional accommodations, please reach out to us and we will try to assist.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Row Hotel Valet daily parking fee: $50 (for overnight parking). Row Hotel Valet event parking: $25. Please note: If you're driving to the event, there are several parking garages in the Assembly Row area that are more budget friendly. Canal Garage (closest walk), Artisan West Garage, Artisan East Garage, and Great River Garage (further walk) are all free for the first 3 hrs, 3-4 hours $2, 4-5 hours $3, 5-6 hours $15, 6+ $25. ***Please be cautious parking at outdoor areas where there is a 3hr limit as your car may be ticketed/towed***

You have 3 options! Salmon, surf & turf, and vegetarian. Listed below are detailed descriptions of each dish. Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar! Which means the drinks are free! Open bar will open from 5:30p-6:30pm for cocktail hour. It will close for 30 minutes from 6:30p-7:00p as we try to get everyone into the reception hall and seated to begin the reception. The bar will open again at 7:00pm until 10pm.

What time is the event over?

Our venue is booked until 10:30pm. But if you’re not ready for the night to be over then stick around for our after party!
