Our favorite conveyor belt sushi with giant pieces of salmon nigiri.
Tèo Bun Bo Hue
This restaurant has no menu. Ask for Bún bò Huế (a Vietnamese spicy pork noodle soup) - it's delicious!

Get the best cup of Vietnamese coffee here. There's also another location in NE Portland, so check that one out too!
The Waffle Window
Their liege waffles are incredible. We love the Strawberries & Nutella or the Rise & Shine (for a more savory option).
Yunomi Matcha Portland
We're always in the mood for matcha, and this place always delivers!
Powell's City of Books
A Portland must - a giant utopia of books, new & used. This is located downtown where there are also plenty of other unique spots to visit!
Mount Tabor Park
A beautiful park with a winding walkway up to the top. One of Jeremy's favorite places to go for a run.
Forest Park
A giant urban park with lots of amazing trails.
Columbia River Gorge
If you are staying in Portland longer and are looking for beautiful nature to enjoy, check out the Columbia River Gorge. It's a little bit of a drive, but our favorite hikes are at Multnomah Falls (the main scenic waterfall), Wahkeena Falls (a waterfall you can get super close to), and Angel's Rest (a trek upwards, but the most amazing views).
