Is transportation provided to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. A shuttle service will be provided from both hotels to the ceremony/reception site. If you choose to drive or take a taxi/uber, parking is readily available at the location. If you imbibe and don't want to drive after the reception, you can leave your vehicle at the site overnight with no fee.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

No. If you are staying at one of our recommended hotels, you can taxi/uber from RSW Airport to either hotel, and we will be providing shuttle service from both the Perry and DoubleTree hotels to the wedding. However, if you wish to explore Southwest Florida and visit some of our favorite spots, we recommend renting a car.

Can I drive to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes. Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club has plenty of parking for wedding guests. Also, if you need to leave your vehicle there overnight after the wedding, you may do so.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know when you RSVP if you have any allergies or other dietary restrictions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the wedding/reception (except for those limited family members who are part of our big day).

Does Heritage Bay allow smoking?

Answer

No. Smoking is not permitted at Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club.
