We ask that you kindly RSVP by July 25, 2026.
We’re hosting an all-white cocktail attire welcome party for those in town Friday to kick off the wedding weekend. Men are encouraged to wear white, cream, or light beige attire. Women, please wear your favorite white dress, jumpsuit, or set. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all weekend long!
Summer Formal: Suits for the men and long or midi-length dresses for the ladies. Summer colors are encouraged! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, so please plan accordingly.
Both! We’ll say “I do” on The Grand Hotel’s oceanfront sundeck (weather permitting), followed by cocktail hour outdoors and a reception indoors in the Penthouse Ballroom overlooking the ocean. No traveling required—everything will take place at The Grand Hotel. Don’t forget your sunglasses! ☀️
We have a discount code listed under the "hotel" tab for the Grand and a couple hotels listed that are close by. Cape May is a town full of many hotels, bed and breakfasts, and Airbnb/VRBOs. There is something for everyone. You could even grab a couple friends and book a place together!
Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you enough time to get settled before we start promptly at 4:30pm.
If you’re a hotel guest at the Grand hotel they will provide one parking tag per room. If you’re not staying at the Grand hotel, there is metered parking along the beach, as well as free neighborhood parking behind the hotel.
We love your children but this is an adults only event (with a few exceptions).
Early September in Cape May is typically warm and beautiful, with daytime temperatures in the 70's and 80's and slightly cooler evenings by the water. A light coastal breeze is common, especially near the beach.
Yes, we know our audience!
Yes! For those who aren’t ready to call it a night we’ll keep the party going downstairs in the hotel bar Hemingway’s.
Please find our suggestions under the "Explore Cape May" page. Some of our favorite things to do are brunch at The Mad Batter, dinner The Ebbitt room, a flight of beers at Cape May Brewery, having a glass of wine out on Congress hall's lawn, and just meandering around downtown Cape May!
We will collect all information on dietary accommodations on our RSVPs. Please let us know ahead of time!
