The best way to get to the resort is by booking a private transfer from the airport at least a week or so before your trip. It is approximately 30 minutes to get from the airport to the resort. Transportation to-and-from the airport can be coordinated through the resort directly.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to Whitney or directly to the hotel event coordinator and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.
While we love your little ones, only the children or families listed on the formal invitations are invited to attend.
Our ceremony will be outdoors on a beautiful terrace overlooking the beach, while cocktail hour will be right next to our reception space, Garza Blanca Cancun's Tierra Luna. The reception space, while outside, is covered.

Garza Blanca Cancun’s reception is open 24/7. However, the check-in begins at 4:00 pm, and the check-out ends at 11:00 am.

Yes, a Kids’ Club is available for your youngest guests, aged 4-12 with dynamic programming including crafts and games. Also, check out the Family Program for extra kids amenities. The hotel also offers babysitting services that can be arranged through hotel concierge upon arriving in Cancun. Lastly, if you are traveling with your children, the hotel has pack-n-plays, high chairs and other equipment to use free of charge during your stay. To take advantage of this convenience, make sure to contact the hotel and reserve these items before your trip. Without prior reservation, the hotel cannot guarantee such items will be available.
