Weekend Itinerary

Welcome “White” Party

6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

“White” attire requested. “White” attire includes khaki pants, white clothing that has stripes or other details in another color, or any other shade of white, beige, or off white. Please let the bride know if you have any questions about what to wear.

We welcome all our guests to join us with a Welcome “White Party”. Drinks and tacos will be provided. The event will take place at the Beach Terrace, which is the area adjacent to the beach where the resort taco truck is parked. Please note that this event will occur on a beach adjacent portion of the resort, so flat shoes are recommended.

Wedding

4:45 pm - 11:00 pm

Resort Formal

The ceremony will take place at the Elite Terrace which is the terrace near the swim-up bar. If you have any trouble finding the ceremony location, you can ask the hotel concierge for directions. You can also meet in the hotel lobby before the ceremony start time and there will be escorts to take you the ceremony location.

Farewell Party

2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Pool/Beach Casual. Make sure to wear your swimsuit, bring your sunscreen, hats and sunglasses to enjoy a farewell pool party with the bride and groom.

Join us to celebrate the end of the weekend with a pool party at Garza Blanca’s main resort pool area. We will be located near the swim-up bar right next to the Elite Terrace (where the wedding ceremony will have taken place the day before).
