When is the Rsvp deadline?

Please RSVP by July 16, 2025 using the QR code provided with your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Formal wear for gentlemen may include jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. Heels are welcome! Please no denim and avoid shades of white, ivory and cream. The ceremony will be held outside with good weather, followed by our cocktail social and dinner indoors.

Where should I park?

Our venue has free on-site parking. Please follow the signs on property for the “Wederfoort and West Wedding”.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking, finding your seat and light refreshments.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be within the Manor.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us for our photographer and videographer will capture the moments which we will share with you! Once cocktail hour has begun, feel free to upload you pictures in our shared drive by scanning the QR code in the program or in picture frames throughout the venue!
