What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before the 2pm ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Black Tie Optional.

Will there be a vegetarian/vegan option for dinner?

Absolutely.

I have a food allergy and/or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

While we love your little ones, our wedding reception will be an adults-only event.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We're registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and Williams Sonoma.

Will parts of the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. However, our cocktail hour can be enjoyed outside on the Knowlton's back patio complete with a fire pit. Be sure to say hello to the horses near the old carriage house!

Where is parking for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony's location, Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church, has parking lots behind the church and on Large Street between Shelmire Avenue and Vista Street. There is also a commercial parking lot a few blocks away and street parking available.

Is there parking at the reception?

Answer

The reception's location, the Knowlton Mansion, has a parking lot on Rhawn Street. However, we are providing transportation for all our guests to and from the hotels and the Knowlton Mansion for the reception.

What will transportation be like to and from the Knowlton Mansion?

Answer

You will be able to board the motor coach from the Holiday Inn. Times of departure will be listed on an itinerary in your hotel room. After the band has played their last song, the motor coach will depart the Knowlton Mansion and will return to both hotels.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes, the after party will be at the Holiday Inn’s bar. All are welcome!

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes.

May I take a centerpiece home as a souvenir?

Answer

Yes, please do!
