We met on the Mock Trial team at Lafayette College, where Ryan was a "lawyer" and Tricia was a "witness". After a few months of traveling together on the team, Ryan told Andrew (Best Man) that he was captivated by Tricia's energy and confidence (and was entertained by her hilarious inability to perform accents for witness roles). During a fun night out with friends a few weeks later, Tricia was bummed when she tried to make plans with Ryan the following night and he was already committed to a theater cast party. So with the help of her roommates, she crashed the party and pretended she was a part of the cast so she could spend more time with him. And well, the rest is history.

With the help of Manta Rays and Whale Sharks, Ryan proposed to Tricia at the Georgia Aquarium in front of their giant, 6 million gallon tank. We spent the day roaming around the aquarium exhibits and giving belly rubs to dolphins. Afterwards, we popped a bottle of champagne at Cooks & Soldiers where we shared delicious Spanish and French tapas.
