Shuttles will leave from the Warwick Hotel starting at 3:30PM to take guests to the venue. NOTE - for guests arriving to the Warwick on the day of the wedding, please arrive EARLIER than the hotel's 4PM check-in time, ready to drop bags off and hop on the 3:30 shuttle. We requested an early check in for guests, which the hotel will try to accommodate if possible. Please be prepared to just drop bags off just in case (or find a friend's room to crash who is coming in the night before!) The arboretum is 10 miles outside of Center City Philadelphia (typically a 30 min drive).
