Equinox Mountain
Equinox Mountain has many activities to offer. Hike along the many trails on Mount Equinox! Vermont in June will be full of green trees and beautiful views. Or, you can drive to the summit on Skyline Drive, which ascends 3,248 feet over 5.2 miles to the top of Mount Equinox.
Mulligan's of Manchester Restaurant & Pub
We went here for dinner after our tour of Equinox. The calm atmosphere, beautiful weather, and gorgeous setting right in the heart of Manchester VT sold us. Not to mention, the food and drink was fantastic!
Hildene, The Lincoln Family Home
For our guests that enjoy taking in a little history, the Lincoln Family Home is less than 5 minutes away from the Equinox Resort. Fun fact: Lincoln himself was scheduled to give a speech at Equinox on the Lincoln Lawn (where the ceremony will be held) a few weeks following his assassination.
Equinox Resort
We highly recommend exploring the options at Equinox Resort. There is quite a range; from off-roading in Land Rovers, to fly fishing, canoeing, and archery, they literally have something for everyone! For your own safety, we will be sure to notify our guests when Alex plans to go off-roading in a Land Rover so everyone can clear the trails...

Southern Vermont Arts Center
A small gallery highlighting local artists. A wonderful way to add some culture to your weekend, or escape the heat! This gallery is open from 10am-5pm Tuesday through Sunday; admission ranges from $5-$10 and is free for kids under 10 years of age.
Pastime Pinball
Definitely, a unique activity to add to your weekend... A family-friendly pinball museum with more than 60 top-rated pinball machines with unlimited play included with admission. A snack bar is available on the mezzanine floor serving ice cream, nachos, beer, cider, and wine, all made locally!

The Works Café
This adorable coffee and breakfast spot is only a 5 minute drive from the Equinox Resort, Rest Motel, Manchester View, and just a 10 min walk from Hampton Inn and Suites. Though we haven't visited ourselves, it seems like the perfect spot to grab a pre-ceremony brunch, or a morning-after road snack!
Vermont River Runners
If you're looking to make the most of our wedding weekend--The Vermont River Runners service a 30-mile stretch on the Battenkill River. You can rent kayaks, boats, or tubes with many drop-off and pick-up locations right here in Manchester, VT.
