Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to our large guest count, we are unable to offer every child an invitation. This will be specified when you go to RSVP on our website. We hope our guests can understand this, and will come enjoy a weekend of celebration with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

While we encourage our guests to take advantage of the weekend and stay on Equinox property, we have reserved separate hotel blocks at 2 locations. This information is under the travel tab on our website. If these do not fit your needs, we recommend looking into air bnbs, or other accommodations.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know as soon as possible the type of allergy/dietary restriction when you RSVP and we can provide you with an alternate meal choice.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to and from the alternate hotel blocks at the Manchester View and Hampton Inn & Suites prior to the ceremony and after the reception.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Rehearsal dinner invitations & details will be provided to those invited when they RSVP on our website. All other events are welcome to any of our guests. Details are specified under the schedule tab on our website.

Can I bring a date?

Guests provided a plus one will receive notice when they RSVP. Due to our large guest count, we are unable to offer this to all of our guests.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Formal cocktail attire is required for the ceremony and reception. Please, no jeans. Attire for the welcome event is casual :)

Can I bring my dog(s)?

Answer

Yes!! If you choose to stay at the Equinox Resort, all well-tempered dogs are welcome. It is a completely dog friendly resort, they even have a Chief Happiness Officer (a golden retriever), named Cooper! The Manchester View also allows dogs, however there are restrictions in place. Should you want to bring your fur child with you, please contact the Manchester View directly. This information can be found on the travel page of our website.
