Flight
Nisswa is just a little over 2-hours drive from the MSP Airport. We recommend renting a vehicle or carpooling with a local guest and staying in the area of the wedding.
Shuttle
August 4, 2024 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
To ensure ease for all of our guests transporting to the wedding and leaving from the reception, we will be hosting a shuttle service for those staying at one of our three recommended hotels, Grand View Lodge, Arrowwood in Baxter, and Holiday Inn Express Baxter-Brainerd. There will be one pick-up time before the ceremony and two after the reception to ensure convenience and ease for everyone. The shuttle will load before the ceremony from each of our recommended hotels at 3:15 pm. The shuttle will leave promptly so please ensure you don't miss it if you plan to use our hosted service. The shuttle will be available from the reception from 10 pm to 11 pm to take guests back to any of the hosted shuttle locations listed above. The last shuttle will leave promptly at 11 pm so please ensure you don't miss the last one if you plan to use our hosted service. For those at Grand View Lodge - the shuttle will pick up and drop off at the entrance to the North Hotel by the fire truck. Note: Uber/Taxi services are extremely limited in the area so we do recommend booking at one of our recommended hotels and using our shuttle service.
Hotel
This is the closest resort to our venue, it is also one of our favorite places in the area for lodging. It is for those looking to splurge on a nicer stay. Unfortunately, we do not have a discount or room block. We'll be providing a shuttle service to and from for those who select this option. We highly recommend it! Note: This is a very popular time of year in the area and rooms will be limited. Please book in advance to ensure availability for your stay.

This is a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel option that’s a quick 15-minutes to our venue, it’s a great place to stay in the area for lodging. Unfortunately, we do not have a discount or room block.
